OneHelp is an interactive self-service online request tracker, allowing you to log and track your IT related issues or requests and monitor them to completion through automatic email notification and status updates.
OneHelp Login at http://help.mq.edu.au.
- Login using your MQ/MQX Student/Staff password, the same OneID that you use for Gmail.
- For more information and a step by step User Guide that walks you through how to log in and create a ticket – please visit the OneHelp Website at www.mq.edu.au/onehelp.
- Of course, you can always phone the Faculty IT Team and this is the recommended method of raising your critical issue.
OneHelp is available to all staff in the Faculty of Human Sciences with the Faculty IT Team & associated IT Support Staff ie. MUSEC & MACCS all utilising OneHelp to manage your IT issues. ASAM & MELCO IT Support are not currently setup to utilise OneHelp, so if you are in ASAM or MELCO please continue to obtain your IT Support via your current process.
