Organisational Psychology - OrgPsych@MQ

ORGPsych@MQ is a unit within the Department of Psychology dedicated to understanding and improving the way in which people work. For organisations, we offer opportunities to engage in state of the art research in a range of areas from selection and assessment, to system design and evaluation. For prospective students, we offer a number of postgraduate programs specializing in organisational psychology and offering access to some of the leading researchers and practitioners in the field.

The Rod Power Psychology Clinic

The Rod Power Psychology Clinic at Macquarie University, Sydney, offers a range of specialised psychological services to the general community. The clinic is staffed by Interns who have completed their training in psychology and are undertaking post-graduate training in specialised areas to become Clinical Psychologists and Clinical Neuropsychologists. Many are already fully registered Psychologists. All Interns in the Clinic are supervised by qualified and experienced specialist psychologists.

The Emotional Health Clinic

The Emotional Health Clinic, formerly Macquarie University Anxiety Research Unit (MUARU) was established in 1993 as a specialist clinical unit dedicated to furthering research into the nature and treatment of child, adolescent and adult anxiety disorders.

The unit offers state of the art assessment and treatment of child, adolescent, and adult anxiety and related disorders based on internationally recognised research that has been conducted by our unit and other research groups. We are also involved in the continuing development of innovative methods of treatment delivery for those who do not have direct access to the clinics, as well as school-based programs for child and adolescent anxiety and depression.
