Research Areas
Our team of organisational psychologists are national and international experts in their fields. They include researchers in areas such as:
- health and well-being in the workplace
- selection and testing
- communication and cooperation amongst teams
- organizational decision-making
- usability analysis
- engineering psychology
Students
Students in organisational psychology complete a range of units that are designed to develop their competence in:
- psychometric testing
- organizational change
- performance assessment
- training
Opportunities
There is also an opportunity to work on state-of-the-art projects with a number of large organisations that are affiliated with the program. Students who complete the Master of Organisational Psychology become Registered Psychologists and are eligible to become members of the Australian Psychological Society’s College of Organisational Psychologists.
