We offer undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs that are pathways to becoming a registered psychologist, including Masters and Doctoral programs that lead to membership of specialist colleges of the Australian Psychological Society. We also offer pathways to an exciting research career in psychology. Our undergraduate students take advantage of expert staff using cutting-edge teaching. Our advanced professional trainees make use of state-of-the-art research and training facilities including a purpose-built psychology clinic, a driving simulator, motion capture laboratory, perception experiment laboratory, neuropharmacology laboratories to name a few.

Enrolment Information on Composite Mode
PSY246 (Cognitive processes) and PSY234 (Social and Personality Psychology) offer enrolment in a composite mode. This means lecture attendance is not compulsory and lectures are available online through iLectures. You will still need to enrol in and attend practical/tutorial classes for these units.
*Please consider enrolling in composite mode if you think you will not be attending lectures.

Sue Meares has joined the Department of Psychology as a Lecturer in the Neuropsychology program. Sue completed her PhD examining predictors of postconcussion syndrome in hospitalised trauma patients with and without mild traumatic brain injury in 2009. She finished her training in clinical neuropsychology in 1998 and clinical psychology in 1993. More

Welcome to Monique Crane our new Counselling and Cultural Perspectives lecturer
Monique completed her PhD in 2010 examining group and organisational dissent. Since 2009, her key area of research has been psychological resilience. She has worked with the Australian Defence Force in the area of military psychological resilience wherein she developed and evaluated a pilot resilience training program for them. More
