Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate in Organisational Behaviour
Course Code: PD-ORGBEH/ PC-ORGBEH
These programs represent an alternative path to acquiring knowledge and skill in organisational psychology. Students in these programs complete Masters-level coursework alongside Masters students, but do not complete a full Masters degree. Admission requirements
An honours degree in psychology or the completion of an approved alternative 4th year in psychology.
Quota
It will be possible to admit only a limited number of students. If the number of applicants exceeds the quota, admission will be competitive, based on both academic qualifications and relevant experience.
NB: Applicants for the Postgraduate Diploma and Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Behaviour must complete a supplementary personal information form IN ADDITION TO the standard coursework application form. The supplementary information form may be obtained from "How to Apply-Forms".

Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Behaviour: 32 postgraduate credit points, $475 per credit point;
Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Behaviour: 16 postgraduate credit points, $475 per credit point
(Since the Postgraduate Diploma and Postgraduate Certificate qualifications can be completed within one year, fees will only be guaranteed for one year, and are likely to increase annually).

Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Behaviour
Core units (8 postgraduate credit points)
Elective Units (8 postgraduate credit points from the following list)
Credit points obtained during the completion of the Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Behaviour will be recognised and can form part of the Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Behaviour. Furthermore, students who have completed credit points for either the Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Behaviour or the Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Behaviour may credit these towards a Master of Organisational Psychology, providing that students have been accepted into the full Master of Organisational Psychology.
